Our Client

Our client is a B2C Esports themed social gaming platform that operates heavily across North America and Europe. They have gained a following of approximately 1m active users per month and bring a unique gamified experience to their customers.

The company is now a market leader in this niche area of the gaming industry and they have emphasised building a really strong leadership team in recent times to help drive the business to new heights!

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the affiliate and influencer marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and influencers, ensuring a diverse and high-performing network.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with affiliates and influencers to maximize ROI.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to affiliates and influencers to optimize their performance and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate and influencer performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates and influencers.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure all affiliate and influencer marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the affiliate and influencer marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest return on investment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate and influencer marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
