Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing global B2C online casino operator. Their brand is taking off in pre-regulated and emerging markets across Europe, ROW and LATAM.

They are now looking for a talented Head of Affiliates to transform and build their affiliate marketing programme, strategy and team almost from the ground up. 

What you will do

  • Oversee the affiliate program, driving gaming traffic, revenue increase, and enhancing partner relationships.  
  • Develop both short and long-term strategic plans to optimize traffic and revenue performance.
  • Track, report, forecast, and manage performance metrics.
  • Work hand in hand with the CRM and VIP department for overall KPI insights & alignment.
  • Supervise and mentor the affiliate team concerning personal growth & KPIs 
  • Manage budgets, plan, develop, and execute within allocated affiliate budgets.
  • Foster successful and mutually beneficial partner relationships while identifying new opportunities and contracts. 
  • Implement strategic plans for all different affiliate channels, utilizing innovative tactics to drive the highest ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of all tier 1 geos about the market approach and affiliate partners.
  • Design and execute campaigns to increase player traffic and conversion rates.
  • Ensure comprehensive financial performance reporting, including Affiliate retention & acquisition metrics, ROI forecasts, and resource requirement recommendations.
  • Analyse, track, and report affiliate performance to key stakeholders.
  • Execute end-of-month financial process & affiliate commission payouts.
  • Visit affiliate conferences and travel to meet key affiliates as required.
